Should I Worry About Low Rising Hcg Levels At 5 Weeks Pregnant?
I have had some slow rising HCG levels. They have gone from 130 – 270 in about a week. I have heard that many women have perfectly healthy babies with low HCG counts early on. Has anyone experienced this before? It is rising just not doubling the way they’d like.

I took a pregnancy test on wed. which was when i should have gotten my period and it was negative. My LMP was 3/13/2009. I’m 5-6 weeks pregnant, and started lightly spotting yesterday. I had my blood taken and my HcG level was at 296 which is on the very low side of the scale. I’ll have it checked again on Wednesday to see if it doubled or not. The waiting is killing me. Has anyone had their levels this low and continued with a viable pregnancy? I just had a miscarriage in June.
