If you have a miscarriage and still have some HCG Hormones in your body can you still Ovulate? Or can you NOT ovulate until ALL the HCG is out of your blood??

I started to miscarry at 11 weeks on April 1st. The clots stopped by the 3rd and the bleeding stopped all together on the 12th. I took a prgnancy test yesterday and it was positive. I don’t know if I’m pregnant again or the hcg hormone is still in my system from the miscarriage.
