could be nothing but get it checked out. All my symptoms stopped too, then I found out that the baby had stopped forming about the same time my symptoms stopped. I will stress here, everyone is different. That does not mean anything. I had a friend who had the same thing happen and she didnt have any problems. Just get an ultrasound if you have not had one.

when I was ten weeks my breasts stopped hurting, and the sickness went away, and yes i worried too, but I am now 15 weeks and baby is doing fine, heard the heartbeat last week for the first time. dont worry, it’s normal.

what symptoms do you mean morning sickness? that goes away by 12-16 weeks. if you are worried then just go to the dr and get a sonogram or blood test. good luck if you have no spotting or bleeding i wouldnt worry too much i have lost a child so i know a little bit about the subject

No, no….my nausea and and my major bloating stopped at 10 weeks….and I felt very normal for a while. Now I am 19 and I have awful gas….and i’m bigger.
There is a period of your pregnancy where you will feel great. Very normal, with no major negative symptoms…it can be scary….cuz your like, “what’s going on in there?”
If you haven’t had any major cramping and/or bleeding then your’re fine. Just consider yourself lucky.

do you mean no more morning sickness because that is normal in your second trimester which you are now approaching you ‘bloom’ and usually gain some weight but that’s about it.
