HCG Round 2 Phase 3 started!!!!

NO…you can eat within reason as much as you want of the allowed foods!!! Keep in mind that carbs and starch are slightly different….vegetables and fruits are carbs….BUT some are also starchy!!! It is STARCH that we cannot have. ANYTHING with starch…potatoes, corn, peas beans etc… AND of course the obvious starch such as breads etc…. BUT FATS and protiens etc are good….and yes…NO SUGAR!!!
R there any limits on phase 3 except no carbs and sugar? Like you can eat as much dairy or protein with out weighting ( all within reason of course)

Congrats! You must feel as good as you look! I also decided that 23 day rounds were the way to go, I think you get your money’s worth that way! But I’ve done like 2 week breaks in between two phases and I always come back losing strong.

Is there a list of what’s ok and not ok for fruits and veggies on phase 3-I’m still confused. What fruits, besides phase 2 fruits, are safe to eat on phase 3? Thanks
